We stand by our products and want to help you with any problems you may have. If your product suffers from a manufacturer defect covered under warranty, you can return it to us for repair or replacement.

Regal Lager products (purchased new from an authorized dealer) are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for the time periods stated below, from date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and in compliance with the instructions.

Dekor Diaper Pails: Limited Lifetime Warranty
Lascal: 12 Months
Qdos: 12 Months 

Regal Lager will either repair, or replace any parts necessary to correct any defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period.

Your Regal Lager product is warrantied under the following conditions:

• It was purchased NEW from an authorized dealer
• It was purchased within the time period stated above for that brand
• You are the original purchaser; warranty is non-transferable
• Product was used under normal conditions and installed according to instructions
• Misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered

AUTHORIZED DEALERS:
